Sending Information

Power goes to people who write me and send me information. Lets begin with “Dear Joel. What do I do?”

Dear Home/land seller. Send me information on your home or land. Send me 1-10 pictures of the property, more if its a big place. Send us a price. Send us a good description. Tell us who built it. Tell us how its powered. Is it off grid or partly off grid.

What are the taxes like? What makes it different then other earth homes.

Write a story of the area and what it means to you. Share stories of wildlife.

Give us stories of the nearby area. What do you like about it.

Give us the nitty gritty on the house. Are there any concerns that need fixing? Then you should fix it rather then leave it up to the buyer to find.

Take us on a journey of the house room by room and then give us a reason to buy.

Then send us this information with pictures.

Sending Pictures

The easiest type of pictures to send is called Gif or Jpg(Jpeg)format. This type of format are the two types most commonly found on the internet and used in digital cameras.. They are also the two easiest to manipulate and add features to such as titles, dates, locations and so on.

Most people who have homes for sale now have digital cameras. Digital cameras are easy to use and they allow you to take them in to have them made into a CD Disk or if you are computer literate then to make your own CD.

You can also add them to your hard drive.

Many of today's cameras are operating at larger and larger format. Some can now take pictures in 10 MB or larger yet web pages are designed to download as quickly as possible. This means reducing that huge image to as small as possible while retaining some semblance of clarity. Personally speaking I prefer clarity and quality but it requires a fast download. That's why I can do it for you. Just send it and I'll edit it for your web page which I create.
