If you are listing on Earth House for the first time you may wonder “How much do they charge to list a property?”

Why Earth House?

-We are the only web site as of 2010 which deals with earth sheltered, earth bermed, underground and eco-homes based on earth style...Who also lists these types of homes for sale.

-We exist and have had our beginning in 1998, online for over 12 years.

-I present to you options on ways of listing your property. Read through them and decide for yourself what is best for you and your budget.

Option 1:

You list and you pay nothing. You tell me up front “I cannot afford to give you anything” and then send me the information. I put up a short listing of 30 words or less with a small image. This is free and easiest for you and I.

Option 2:

You tell me “I am willing to offer a financial donation if you bring me a buyer” Thus someone comes to your page that is built, contacts you, and then lets you know they are interested in buying a property you are listing.

Now the donation is recommended at 1% of the total price of the sale. A 100,000 property would then send us a donation of $1,000. A million dollar property would be your way of donating to us $10,000.

Option 3:

Pay up front and don’t pay a donation of any kind.

In this scenario you give me a price per following:

Three months listing-$250.00

Front page coverage for 1 week

Six months-$500.00

Front page coverage for two weeks

1 years listing-$1000.00 dollars

Front page coverage for 1 full month

-We build you a personal page or pages-up to 5 pages if needed.

-We put up anywhere from 1-50 images.

- We maintain the page making changes as needed by you.

After 1 year the listing will go to the Archive if no sale is made on your part. We can discuss any further cost at the end of one year.

Option 4:

You offer me an alternative to money

-an acreage somewhere in the boonies

-a trade of something you can send me via the mail based on your company or organization.

Thus there are four options. The three choices are yours and the listing options are up to you.
