House is equipped for hot-running water if caretaker can provide a submersible 8000 watt surge generator for his/her use.  Bathtub/shower and kitchen faucets are ready to be powered.
 
No rent is necessary, but a refundable security deposit is required, and caretaker must pay for propane and wood used.  Woodshed is stocked with 3 cords (enough for the winter) at $200 per cord.  Wood stove experience is preferred and good communication skills are necessary.
