Buying a listing you see on Earth House

As the middle guy we hold onto the sellers and you who are the buyers. As such you need to see the property beyond pictures or images.

This is why going there is essential to your purchase and travel is required as is good communications with the seller.

I care about the fact that you have reached a dead end or a person that does not respond. If you find a dead email or no one writes you after a reasonable time let me know.

The buying of an Earth House takes time to learn its true value. As in the dome above it is seen only by those who are willing to travel to Hawaii and it is above ground except for some apparent berming along the sides.

Some are nothing more then holes to appearance yet have a value that is beyond worth in the nature of its preparation. Some people want it to be mostly buried in the soil and buried means above the land or in a hole dug specifically for the burial of the house. They can be considered underground homes though some are dug out to the extent they are also earth sheltered so think of it as above grade or below grade.

Land is also a big part of the problem or difficulty of owning a home as in type. So take time to ask about things that are in the house and use your eyes and nose to smell for fungal or wetness in the air.

Also look for cracks and ask about the structure of the roof and how deep the soil is on the roof and or on the sides.

Traveling to the land involved takes time. Make sure to set up the trip by first a call, then a letter, and finally make sure you call before you leave to reaffirm the trip and to have at least two ways of contacting them, first the address of the property and then a phone  number.

The point of everyone should be to make this is a fun trip so make other reasons for going to other states or places where the property is found.

Go there and enjoy the time and give time to seeing the land and property and make sure you have an idea of what is there and what is involved.

Though I am not the seller I do know people come here to see and dream and it is the hardest thing in the world to know people go across great distances not sure what is involved so I strive for honesty as best as possible.
